Even though not entirely protective of the harmful particles of the virus, these masks still serve a purpose. Outside of the protective measure of wearing a mask, they have now become a fashion statement and a necessity of 2020 and possibly beyond.

Many small brands are seeing fashion masks as an opportunity. Additionally, they are fulfilling a public need and often a legal requirement. As countries slowly reopen and people limit social distancing, a mask will be a daily necessity.
