FASHION ENTRANCE RETURN POLICY
FASHIONENTRANCE.COM will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Returns for a refund to your original payment method will require a processing fee of $10.00, which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping. We do not refund shipping charges.
A request to return merchandise must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the order. Once the return request is granted, you (the customer) will be issued a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) which will enable you to arrange a return at your convenience. Please note: all returned merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of the date the Return Authorization Number is granted.
Please do not return your order to the warehouse without advising our customer care team first. The warehouse are unable to process the refund if the parcel has not been acknowledged on the system.
All returned merchandise must retain all of its original packaging and security tags. We are unable to accept your goods back without the security tag. We do not accept worn, used, altered or damaged merchandise.
You must include the returns note that you received with your order inside the parcel for us to issue the credit to your account.
We do not currently offer exchanges online, a refund will be processed and you will need to place a new order.
Please be advised that we are unable to refund the duties and taxes on returned orders from outside of the United States.
- Returned items must conform our return policy.
- We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with their original tags. Footwear must be returned in the original boxes provided inside a protective shipping box.
- Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping. We do not refund shipping charges.
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.
- Accessories cannot be returned.
- International Purchases are Final Sale.
- All Sale Items are Final Sale.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We will email you a shipping label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt–with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed with all tags attached.
